Site Calendar

Updated on

The Site Calendar tab is the first view after selecting any project from your Site Management homepage. From here, you can quickly identify any forecast or historical event-verification alerts that have been generated for your project, as well as access all forecast and historical weather data relevant to your project location.

Monthly & Weekly Views

The monthly view on the left can be used to scroll through previous months of your project, all the way back to the earliest phase start date.

Select any date to load hourly historical or forecast data and any alerts that were generated.

The weekly view will automatically correspond to the current week, and will change to any week that you've selected from the monthly calendar to the left.

Forecast Alerts & Daily Weather Forecasts

Forecasts are updated in the interface 4 times per day for all of your projects.

Based on your configured forecast alert perils and thresholds, any day from the next 7 that has generated a forecast alert will display a red warning icon in the weekly view, and a red number in the monthly view.

Selecting a forecast alert day will load alert details, including each peril and threshold that is being crossed and the number of hours, or "occurrences," throughout the day that cross the threshold.

The hourly Daily Weather Forecast table will also load, where you can view which hours cross your thresholds.

A Daily Weather Forecast table is available for any forecast day, even if that day has not generated an alert, with a PDF download option.

Historical Alerts & Daily Weather Summaries

Historical data are updated once per day in the interface, with data available from the previous day back to the earliest project start date.

Based on your configured historical alert perils and thresholds, any day that has generated a historical alert will display an orange warning icon in the weekly view, and an orange number in the monthly view.

Selecting a historical alert day will load an Event Verification Report, including a summary tab and hourly time series graph for each peril that crossed a threshold. Hovering your cursor over the time series will display time and severity.

An Event Verification Report may be downloaded as a PDF

A Daily Weather Summary table is available for any historical project day, even if that day has not generated an alert, with a PDF download option.

Lost Weather Days Quick-View

A lost weather days average will display beneath the monthly calendar view, corresponding to the month being shown. Selecting this dropdown will display the perils and thresholds that have been configured in your lost weather days settings.
